Don’t despise another person’s gift because you don’t have.

Romans 12:6-8 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.

Respect another’s calling. When Peter spoke to the lame man, he said “I do not have” not “We do not have” and John respected Peter’s calling in making the lame to walk. He could have said why do you want to be recognized alone while we are together. Acts 3:6 Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.”

Because you can’t pray for a headache, don’t speak ill of those who do deliverance or those who have prophetic gifts. All gifts work together for the body of Christ.
