2 Chronicles 17:3 Now the LORD was with Jehoshaphat, because he walked in the former ways of his father David; he did not seek the Baals. Many believes they can hear God for themselves and don’t believe in prophets. The bible tells us that God was with Jehoshaphat, but we later learn that Jehoshaphat before he went to war, he consulted God through his prophet Micaiah.
Many of us are in trouble today because of the decisions we made. It is easy to take decisions but the consequences cannot be avoided. Before Jehoshaphat joined Ahab to fight against Ramoth Gilead, he wanted to consult God first. 2 Chronicles 18:4 Then Jehoshaphat added, “But first let’s find out what the LORD says.”
