The special trees at the garden of Eden, represent the principles of sin and righteousness. God set the boundaries by establishing these principles. If you don’t leave by principles, you compromise yourself and can endanger yourself.
Tree of life gives eternal life. Genesis 3:22 Then the LORD God said, “Look, the human beings have become like us, knowing both good and evil. What if they reach out, take fruit from the tree of life, and eat it? Then they will live forever!”
Tree of the knowledge of good and evil leads to death. Genesis 2:16-17 But the LORD God warned him, “You may freely eat the fruit of every tree in the garden- except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. If you eat its fruit, you are sure to die.”
Sin = Death>Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Righteous = Life>Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, And he who wins souls is wise.
Sin came trough Satan>Isaiah 14:17 Is this the one who destroyed the world and made it into a wasteland? Is this the king who demolished the world’s greatest cities and had no mercy on his prisoners?’
Life comes through Jesus>John 3:15 that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.
Revelation 22:1-2 Then the angel showed me a river with the water of life, clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb. It flowed down the center of the main street. On each side of the river grew a tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, with a fresh crop each month. The leaves were used for medicine to heal the nations.
Choose life, choose Jesus.
