The fact that an unfortunate event befell you, does not mean God was not there.

God is there in your situation and He is trusting you to soldier on. Cry out to Him and may His Spirit comfort you. New situations sometimes creates doubts in us but let your doubt lead you to God. Psalm 34:18 The LORD is close to the brokenhearted; he rescues those whose spirits are crushed.

Our bill of rights is in the Bible not man made.

1 Corinthians 6:12 You say, “I am allowed to do anything”-but not everything is good for you. And even though “I am allowed to do anything,” I must not become a slave to anything.
The kingdom of God requires of us to be cleansed and made holy. We must be right with God through Jesus our Lord. We can justify what we do and why we do it, what we do must be congruent with the Word of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people-none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God.

The kingdom of God

Luke 17:21 You won’t be able to say, ‘Here it is!’ or ‘It’s over there!’ For the Kingdom of God is already among you.” When you receive Jesus Christ, you are now led by the Spirit. The Spirit teaches the new you, how to behave. You don’t do things because of the law but because right has been established in you. Romans 7:22 For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man. Because of the Holy Spirit that is in us, we leave a righteous life. God’s kingdom has been established in us. Jesus Christ said “My kingdom is not of this world”, receiving Him, brings the kingdom unto us. Galatians 5:18 But when you are directed by the Spirit, you are not under obligation to the law of Moses. The law only applies when you are alive but since you died with Christ, the law no longer have a hold on you.
When the Spirit of God has taken residence in your heart, you have received His kingdom. Matthew 12:28 But if I am casting out demons by the Spirit of God, then the Kingdom of God has arrived among you.
1 Corinthians 6:19 Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself.
