Many people lost things not because their business was a failure but there might be people they dealt with unfairly and God fight on their behalf. Even in your your way up, treat people the way you want to be treated. Genesis 20:3 But that night God came to Abimelech in a dream and told him, “You are a dead man, for that woman you have taken is already married!”
Abimelech, wanted to take Abraham’s wife but God appeared to him in a dream and warn him.
Psalm 139:16 You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. There is only one person who knows tomorrow. Anything that happens to us, good or bad, happens in the permissible space. Nothing Satan can do without God giving it a tick. If one were to think there are things the devil do without it being permissible by God, we are indirectly saying the devil triumphed over God.
Isaiah 57:1 Good people pass away; the godly often die before their time. But no one seems to care or wonder why. No one seems to understand that God is protecting them from the evil to come.
Sometimes we shy away from admitting that God allowed the situation because we think that will be equal to blaming God. What we need to understand is that wrong and right belongs to God. What seems to be wrong to us, is still His righteousness. Psalm 12:5 The LORD replies, “I have seen violence done to the helpless, and I have heard the groans of the poor. Now I will rise up to rescue them, as they have longed for me to do.”
Satan can delay things but can never stop what God has destined to happen in certain way. We can pray for things and God changes his mind but all still happens in His permissible space and time. Romans 8:28 And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
We serve God almighty, El Shaddai, the self sufficient and all knowing God. He is the beginning and the end.
As a man or woman of God, People put their trust in you. There are things that they can’t share with anyone but you. Be a person who people can trust with their issues. 2 Kings 4:25-27 As she approached the man of God at Mount Carmel, Elisha saw her in the distance. He said to Gehazi, “Look, the woman from Shunem is coming. Run out to meet her and ask her, ‘Is everything all right with you, your husband, and your child?'” “Yes,” the woman told Gehazi, “everything is fine.” But when she came to the man of God at the mountain, she fell to the ground before him and caught hold of his feet. Gehazi began to push her away, but the man of God said, “Leave her alone. She is deeply troubled, but the LORD has not told me what it is.”
The Shunammite woman told Gehazi, everything is fine but when she got to Elisha, she told him about the death of her son. Even as you choose leaders, there things people will be only be free to talk to you about.
You cannot afford to hold grudges, you’ll never know when you’ll take the last breath. Sometimes we live like we know tomorrow. There is only one person who knows what tomorrow will bring. How God trust you with his people if you cannot manage one relationship. Philippians 4:1-3 Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stay true to the Lord. I love you and long to see you, dear friends, for you are my joy and the crown I receive for my work. Now I appeal to Euodia and Syntyche. Please, because you belong to the Lord, settle your disagreement. And I ask you, my true partner, to help these two women, for they worked hard with me in telling others the Good News. They worked along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers, whose names are written in the Book of Life.
Many Christians don’t allow themselves to heal after being hurt but choose to suppress the pain. The luck of healing stops us from achieving our fullness. Pail was concerned that there are people he work with, doing the work of God but they are not in talking terms. There are man6 such cases even today. Philippians 4:5 Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the Lord is coming soon. A hurt person is only capable of hurting another person. Holding grudges is like a crack on the wall, the wall can give up and fall apart anytime. It’s is no longer strong to resist the strong wind. So is a person who is hurt. They can explode anytime. The grudges also paves way for the devil to attack us. Remember that all he needs is a opportunity to present itself to cause damage.
If Christ were to come now, how will He find you heart condition. Ask God to help you love the unlovable.
Change your prayer from asking God to take away challenges and instead thank him for his presence in it. Worship him in your trouble and believe he is in it. Matthews 11:28-30 Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”
Surrender your challenges to Him, that will move your focus and see the good things that he continue to do in your life. I have a problem with fear standing in front of people, I prayed about it and nothing happen. What helped me is reading about Moses’ commissioning. Moses gave God an excuse not to take up his calling and God Never entertained the excuse because God knew that Moses is more greater than his weakness. Exodus 4:10 Then Moses said to the LORD, “O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither before nor since You have spoken to Your servant; but I am slow of speech and slow of tongue.”
In my fear, I glorify God and believe that He is greater than the fear and that he want to achieve something great with me.
