Psalm 130:1-8 LORD, if you kept a record of our sins, who, O Lord, could ever survive? But you offer forgiveness, that we might learn to fear you.

Ask God to help you love the unloveable. God’s principles are based on love.

Same way He has forgiven us, He expect us to do same to those who hurt us. James 2:8-9 Yes indeed, it is good when you obey the royal law as found in the Scriptures: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” But if you favor some people over others, you are committing a sin. You are guilty of breaking the law.

Love yourself to be able to forgive.

By not forgiving, you are slowly eating yourself up. Your mind works overtime unnecessarily. Proverbs 14:30 A peaceful heart leads to a healthy body; jealousy is like cancer in the bones.

A healthy body starts with a positive thinking. Un-forgiveness is a cousin of pride. To forgive, starts with understanding that when you forgive, you have nothing to loose and more to gain. When you are unable to forgive, it means your pride, talks to you more you can hear any other thing.
