Exodus 4:10 But Moses pleaded with the LORD, “O Lord, I’m not very good with words. I never have been, and I’m not now, even though you have spoken to me. I get tongue-tied, and my words get tangled.”
When God select you, He does not change you, He continues to use what is there and make it suit His purpose.
Exodus 4:17 And take your shepherd’s staff with you, and use it to perform the miraculous signs I have shown you.”
God promised not to leave us no forsake us but every time we are intimidated, we forget all the promises and what he has done. Let the Word stay in your heart so your faith can be increased and the Word speak during situations of desperation.1 Kings 19:2-4 So Jezebel sent this message to Elijah: “May the gods strike me and even kill me if by this time tomorrow I have not killed you just as you killed them.” Elijah was afraid and fled for his life. He went to Beersheba, a town in Judah, and he left his servant there. Then he went on alone into the wilderness, traveling all day. He sat down under a solitary broom tree and prayed that he might die. “I have had enough, LORD,” he said. “Take my life, for I am no better than my ancestors who have already died.”
After Elijah killed all 850 false prophets, when he heard that Jezebel want to kill him, he forgot what God just did through him. If you say God rather take you now, do you know where you are going?
Doubt your doubt not God.
Psalm 22:3 Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel.
Ecclesiastes 5:2 Do not be rash with your mouth, And let not your heart utter anything hastily before God. For God is in heaven, and you on earth; Therefore let your words be few.
Every time you are tempted to say why things happens under God’s watch, remember that God does not need man to be relevant. He is God Almighty. Isaiah 45:11-12 This is what the LORD says- the Holy One of Israel and your Creator: “Do you question what I do for my children? Do you give me orders about the work of my hands? [I am the one who made the earth and created people to live on it. With my hands I stretched out the heavens. All the stars are at my command.
It seems wise to try and analyze the spiritual things, and we get all the likes and applause as we scrutinize what the Bible say with our understanding, one thing remains, “The Word of God”, it will achieve what it is set to achieve without our approval. Psalm 115:3 Our God is in the heavens, and he does as he wishes.
We can question the way we want but it does not change how God does things. He does not require our approval instead we need Him. One day we will all stand and be judged according to how we conducted ourselves here on earth. Our friends won’t be there wth “Likes”, then reality knocks and we come to our senses to understand what is before us.
Proverbs 30:4 Who but God goes up to heaven and comes back down? Who holds the wind in his fists? Who wraps up the oceans in his cloak? Who has created the whole wide world? What is his name-and his son’s name? Tell me if you know!
When people move away from God, he allow them to go about doing as they wish but there is a consequence to us moving away from God. Society advocate for freedom to do anything and people want to be free to do anything, now so many wrong things are happening and we are surprised. Those who are in positions of influence, believe they can argue the ways of the Bible. Today things are happening, which we can’t even explain. We want to use the carnal mind to bring solution. It’s time we realize the need for a country to have a relationship with God.
Church is critical for families and children upbringing. Let’s return to God for a better world.
Titus 2:1-6 But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine: that the older men be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith, in love, in patience; the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things- that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed. Likewise, exhort the young men to be sober-minded,
