There is something in each one of us that the devil can use. The devil could not tempt Jesus because sin does not leave in Him. Think about positive things.
Renew your mind by feeding it with the Word. You don’t need people to bring you down. You, Yourself and your mind is enough to destroy you. Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. If you are hungry and your mind is empty, anything that devil brings will seem like a breakthrough. After 40 days, Jesus was hungry but His soul was full with the Word hence He was able to say no to the devil. Matthew 4:4 But Jesus told him, “No! The Scriptures say, ‘People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.'”
Things happens in the mind before they actually happens on the physical. Matthew 5:28 But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
Proverbs 23:7 For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. “Eat and drink!” he says to you, But his heart is not with you.
There is no transformation until you you change the way you think.

Don’t spend time thinking about negative things. Some people just by greeting them, they respond by complaining. If you think you are useless, the next action is suicide.
