Satan is like an Auditor, he works with what you give him.
For an auditor to find faults, you first have to give him some information and he goes and find a gap, as Christians the sooner we acknowledge our faults and seek help, we close the gap for the devil to attack us. Our sins are like cracks on a wall, if not fixed they turn into wholes. The devil is ready and waiting for the cracks to enter our territory.
The way I think and what I decide today affect generations to come.
What do you have that God must multiply? If you think small, He’ll leave you there and if you think big, He’ll take you there.
2 Kings 4:2 So Elisha said to her, “What shall I do for you? Tell me, what do you have in the house?” And she said, “Your maidservant has nothing in the house but a jar of oil.”
If it’s your power Lord let it rain.
If this is your power Lord let it rain cause I will not let you go until you bless me. Like Jacob and Peter I want to do the impossible, I want to experience the blessings from you Lord. I’m expectant.
Genesis 32:24-26 Then Jacob was left alone; and a Man wrestled with him until the breaking of day. Now when He saw that He did not prevail against him, He touched the socket of his hip; and the socket of Jacob’s hip was out of joint as He wrestled with him. And He said, “Let Me go, for the day breaks.” But he said, “I will not let You go unless You bless me!” …
Feel my cup, Oh Lord.
Helping others can be a problem if not led by the Holy Spirit
I’m one person who always want to help others but now it dawn on me that there are people God took away resources because He’s busy dealing with their character. What happens when I decide to interfere in that process? It is important to ask God to lead us in gift of giving.
God gives us time to repent and keeps reminding us but at some point He gives up.
Revelation 2:21-25 And I gave her time to repent of her sexual immorality, and she did not repent. [22] Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their deeds. [23] I will kill her children with death, and all the churches shall know that I am He who searches the minds and hearts. And I will give to each one of you according to your works. [24] “Now to you I say, and to the rest in Thyatira, as many as do not have this doctrine, who have not known the depths of Satan, as they say, I will put on you no other burden. [25] But hold fast what you have till I come. …
Psalm 27:4 One thing I have desired of the LORD, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the LORD, And to inquire in His temple.
When you are feeling down and broken, cry out to The Lord and tell Him how you feel.
Psalm 142:1-2 I cry out to the LORD with my voice; With my voice to the LORD I make my supplication. [2] I pour out my complaint before Him; I declare before Him my trouble. …
Giving is always the thermometer of our love.
Acts 20:34-35 Yes, you yourselves know that these hands have provided for my necessities, and for those who were with me. I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’” …
