Value what you have

It’s when we appreciate the things we currently have, that we are able to multiply it. Most of the time we want what we don’t have and forget to appreciate what we already possess. When we grew up, we wished to have a nice breakfast, cheese, bacon and all. Now our kids have all those but will open the refrigerator and still say “I don’t know what to eat”. You have a car but envy the one with a bigger model. Matthew 25:21 “The master was full of praise. ‘Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let’s celebrate together!’

One step at a time

Finding comfort from the comforter.

Many times we seek for answers when facing difficulties. God answers but quiet often, it is not the answer we expect and we ignore it.

Deuteronomy 30:11-14 “This command I am giving you today is not too difficult for you, and it is not beyond your reach. It is not kept in heaven, so distant that you must ask, ‘Who will go up to heaven and bring it down so we can hear it and obey?’ It is not kept beyond the sea, so far away that you must ask, ‘Who will cross the sea to bring it to us so we can hear it and obey?’ No, the message is very close at hand; it is on your lips and in your heart so that you can obey it.
