Romans 2:13 For merely listening to the law doesn’t make us right with God. It is obeying the law that makes us right in his sight. Many people don’t want anything to do with God because of us, Christians. They observe our lifestyle and compare to what they know about God and see congruence. Be a true ambassadors of Christ by acting on the Word

Outside church, things seems more fun and exciting but the consequences at the end won’t be exciting. Matthew 7:14-20 But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it. “Beware of false prophets who come disguised as harmless sheep but are really vicious wolves. You can identify them by their fruit, that is, by the way they act. Can you pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? A good tree produces good fruit, and a bad tree produces bad fruit. A good tree can’t produce bad fruit, and a bad tree can’t produce good fruit. So every tree that does not produce good fruit is chopped down and thrown into the fire. Yes, just as you can identify a tree by its fruit, so you can identify people by their actions.
Worry about being in a church that brings you closer to God, refuse to be in a church that you’ll come back the same. Be with people who edify you.
Church has become a laughing stock, pastors using the pulpit for personal gain. We need to repent and restore our relationship with God for a better tomorrow. Deuteronomy 31:16,18 The LORD said to Moses, “You are about to die and join your ancestors. After you are gone, these people will begin to worship foreign gods, the gods of the land where they are going. They will abandon me and break my covenant that I have made with them. At that time I will hide my face from them on account of all the evil they commit by worshiping other gods.
Whenever people turn away from God, terrible things happens to them. Today you hear topics where people discuss if God really exist and we are surprised why so many bad unexplainable things happens in our society. Others find pleasure in ridiculing God’s elect.
That there are fake prophets and pastors, doesn’t mean the work of Christ must stop. Whether you do something or not, remember that critics will find something to talk about, just be in the will of God. Matthew 9:32-34 When they left, a demon-possessed man who couldn’t speak was brought to Jesus. So Jesus cast out the demon, and then the man began to speak. The crowds were amazed. “Nothing like this has ever happened in Israel!” they exclaimed. But the Pharisees said, “He can cast out demons because he is empowered by the prince of demons.”
If Christ was criticized by people who ought to preach the gospel, who are you? We use the same book but we differ because we use human understanding.
