How are others benefiting from your blessings?

Just the battle we engage in, in our minds when it’s time to offer or tithe, is enough to ask for his mercies and forgiveness.

Hebrews 3:7-8 That is why the Holy Spirit says, “Today when you hear his voice, don’t harden your heartsas Israel did when they rebelled, when they tested me in the wilderness. We don’t only offend God in our actions but our minds also need cleansing. We must repent from our unclean thoughts and ask God to help us conquer our weaknesses. The moment we put value in giving, we are more likely to disobey God. No matter the tall ask of sacrificing his son, Abraham kept the offering to himself and trusted God. Matthew 5:28 But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

What will we be without our possessions, what will happen of us, if we wake up and find all material things gone?

Sometimes getting closer to God just require that we love the person next to us.

1 John 4:11-13 Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other. No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us. And God has given us his Spirit as proof that we live in him and he in us.

Learning to hear the voice of God.

1 Corinthians 13:11-12 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known. God is speaking and always speak to us. Many have not yet learned the voice of God and always complain, God never answers their prayers. God speak to us in different ways as per our design and function. We have to be in the same frequency with Him to hear Him. God and His Word are one, meaning, we must make the Word our friend. When God spoke to Samuel for the first time, Samuel was only used to the voice of his mentor Eli. He could not identify the voice of God. 1 Samuel 3:7 (Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD, nor was the word of the LORD yet revealed to him.) We must cultivate our hearing by studying the Word, meditating on it day and night. The first time God spoke to me about my calling, I was still a non-believer. I shared with my wife who by the time was already saved but because of the life I was leaving, never took it serious. Life went on until a prophet spoke to me about the calling, then I remembered the night God spoke. Some wake up with a thought, others see visions, others here God in dreams and others through observation of the environment and people around them. God appeared to Joshua in human form, it was only through the conversation that Joshua realized that he had a visitation from above. Joshua 5:13 And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, a Man stood opposite him with His sword drawn in His hand. And Joshua went to Him and said to Him, “Are You for us or for our adversaries?”

God is speaking and always speaks to us.

Those who hate you, talk about you, are just available to be used by the devil. Never fight or hate them, the enemy is Satan.

Ephesians 6:12 For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.

Most of us get caught up by the act of hate and slanderous remarks made against us and we hate those inflicting the pain. Remember that your enemy is Satan, your haters are just available to be used. Joshua 1:9 This is my command-be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”

Love your haters
