Don’t play into the hands of Satan.

The truth shall set us free only if we apply it with wisdom. Most of the time we fight the wrong battle, we fight those we love in the name of Jesus. Don’t allow yourself to be a pawn in his chessboard. You are the missing piece in his puzzle. He’s got the plan in place you are the only one that can make it successful, he will use the truth to fight you. Be alert at all times.

Introspect and evaluate your actions and see if you didn’t support his plan. 1 Peter 5:8-9 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. The main aim of him attacking a union is to destroy it. What you are experiencing, your partner is experiencing in a different way but all work together for him. When he challenges your marriage, he can make one to be stubborn and allows you to play your part, he knows you’ll use the truth to judge the situation, in your truth you comply with him by fighting the spiritually inflicted partner.

He knows how Christians thinks, he’s been one of us. Matthew 16:23 But He turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are an offense to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men.” Peter only knew the normal human behavior and responded the normal way a caring friend would do but Jesus realized that Satan has inflicted him. He dealt with the spirit behind the confusion not the person.

Your brother might still be in sin but he is not a sinner. Remember that God waited for you also. Don’t use what you see to make judgement. Satan is like a thief, he studies his subject and knows the strength and weaknesses of his opponents. He doesn’t just attack a person without facts. He knows even to use the truth to fight us. Job 1:9-10 Satan replied to the LORD, “Yes, but Job has good reason to fear God. You have always put a wall of protection around him and his home and his property. You have made him prosper in everything he does. Look how rich he is! God has not left us to be vulnerable, the Holy Spirit is there to guide us. He speak through a His Word and gives us wisdom. Be sensitive and obedient to Him as He speaks. Mark 13:11 But when they arrest you and deliver you up, do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.

Most of the time we know when we acted in an unjust way to others, because in any situation, He is always speaking. Jesus said “It is written” What is the scripture advising you to today that you are refusing? Check yourself.

Only spend time thinking about things that affect you negatively if you have the ability to change it.

Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy-meditate on these things.

I and the Father are one.

John 17:24 “Father, I desire that they also whom You gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for You loved Me before the foundation of the world.

You cannot go to Christ minus God, you cannot go to God minus Christ.

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

God has declared the plans He has for us. Don’t allow destruction to make you loose the promises. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

Destinations have been missed, lives have even lost, life of purpose have been lost and people are unemployed today because of destruction. Peter knew what he wanted and who to get it from but got destructed in the process. Many gives up just when the door to opportunity is about to open because they could no wait a little longer. We could be reading another beautiful story about Peter if he was not destructed. Matthew 14:28-30 And Peter answered Him and said, “Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.” So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!”

People loose things they have for things they don’t have because they were destructed. We now have divorces in churches because one could not hold themselves to what they see. Some people are unemployed today, they could not resist taking that one thing at their work place. Destruction present itself in many forms. It can be in our prayer life, in our marriage, at our place of work, the things God showed us and we strayed. We can be destructed from seeing the bigger picture because of our selfishness. Look at the behavior of the disciples while they were with Jesus.

Sone friendships are toxic, as long as you are with this one person or group, things won’t move in your life. The devil can assign people just to derail you or to make you loose your compass. Genesis 13:14-17 After Lot had gone, the LORD said to Abram, “Look as far as you can see in every direction-north and south, east and west. I am giving all this land, as far as you can see, to you and your descendants as a permanent possession. And I will give you so many descendants that, like the dust of the earth, they cannot be counted! Go and walk through the land in every direction, for I am giving it to you.” From the time God spoke to Abraham to the time of actualization, it was 430 years. Many thing can happen in the process. Prophecies have been given, declarations have been made by servants of God. Are you able to wait on God. Destruction comes at your point of weakness. Weakness of lust, anger, lack of forgiveness, doubt, evil or fleshly desires. Jesus prayed for Peter not to be found weak at the time of attack. He knew Peter’s limit. Pray without ceasing because the enemy is waiting for that opportune moment to pounce. In our weakness Jesus is our strength.

Your prayer at all times should be “Lord, take all of me and give me more of you”

There is so much knowledge and skills transfer you receive from God during quite time. God tells you what to do, where to go and with whom you must go. If you are destructed by being busy, this conversations never happens. You don’t grow from where you are because you don’t have the instruction manual.

Where you are now, what you are how much of it is because you were destructed and how much is because you focused?
